What a difference a day or two make
New Years day....a Little Poppa....Backstory...there was a bbq joint here in the desert that served what they called a Big WIlle...3/4 lb burger on a toasted bun open faced....a ton of chili and a butterfied 1 lb hot dog grilled and set on top with cheese peppers and diced onions.....I couldnt do a Big Willie so I made the Little Poppa....slider bun buttered and toasted, BP's chili and two coctail franks and some cheese...the last meal before the diet

No day four of the diet. $ oz'a Bool Kogi (korean marinated mead) Cauliflower with desert gold and two tablespoons of light balsamic.....String beans microwaved and then tossed with desert gold some Mussina Spray balsamic (we have it and it is really good) and some of my new italian garlic olive oil (this stuff is superb)

Im full and it tasted good...but not as good as Susans Apple Dumplings, Kevins bacon wrapped pizza nuggets, sparks ribs, you get the drift.

actually that dash of galic olive oil and spray balsamic with the desert gold felt like cheating so did the cauliflower....

Your portion size on the bool kogi plate looks good but the little poppa looks a bit on the large size but could be an illusion due to plate size. 6 smaller meals spaced 2.5 to 3 hours apart throughout the day is better than 3 large meals at keeping your metabolism going and reducing the big peaks in blood glucose throughout the day. Have your breakfast within 30 mins of waking to get your metabolism going and keep it going all day.
How did you like the bool kogi? Is that from Trader Joes?

scooter you missed the point.....the chili was the last supper of a binge....the veggies and bol koogi were last nights dinner....I know about this stuff too....I refuse to change my sifestyle so these diets and metabolism stuff is old hat....My portions were a little large but really just the veggies that piece of protein was nearly paper thin.
