Butterflied two chickens. Cooked them at 325 for an hour and a half with salt, oil, and fresh black pepper. Pulled off the bbq and duncked in.
2 cups mayo
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup Apple juice
2 tsp horseradish
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne
