Tatonka Dust on the left, Tabasco Buffalo on the right.

Oiled up with some Red Pepper Annie's EVOO and get dirty.

Into the Traeger at 255° or so. They were still frozen (duh moment..), so we'll check back in an hour.

Hands down we have a winner! Tatonka Dust by a bison's length!

Muebe said it the other day and I concur. It gives chicken that 'grocery store rotisserie chicken' flavor. Outstanding.

I kept one of each in the fridge for MrsSTC to sample.

The Tabasco Buffalo was 'meh'. No heat, just that 'buffalo' thing going on in the background.

I was surprised to see they had no heat! I was about to ask for a comparison between franks hot and the tabasco..
I agree about the tatonka dust too..it's awesome on chicken!
