Blending Olive Oil Tonight!!!!

I have found a great olive oil farmer/maker. He seems to like what I am talking about with flavors....

So tonight with the help of my good friend and Jame Beard winning chef Jimmy Schmidt we are going to blend the Big Poppa Olive oil......WE have some great oils to play with...garlic, lime,lemon,navel orange, blood orange, florida orange,habanero, jalapeno, basil....

How about Big Poppa's Citrus Deluxe? Big Poppas Chili Garlic? Ill keep you guys posted....this the fun stuff!


Oh yeah and we will be cooking too!

How about jalapeño,garlic,lime?..or habanero blood orange..sounds like some fun last night I did garlic,lemon peel and thyme..I used it on herb roasted red potatoes and grilled asparagus..good stuff!

I can see it now. A commercial with BP as a "mad scientist" mixing his latest creations for BP Smokers! That could be as funny as the video you made for the BBQ show.

you know from the insider stuff I get this show is very very weak...super super low budget. They did us a favor

from what I hear on BBQ Central season 3 will be more along the lines of season 1. Hope that translates into good viewing despite the low budget.
