BPS GC the Queen Mary Contest

Yesterday we got Grand Champion at the Queen Mary West Coast BBQ Classic. WE got first in chicken with a perfect 180 6th ribs 16th porkk and 3rd brisket for 699.34 points We are off to a pretty good start....6 comps 2 180's, 1 700, 1 Grand, 2 reserves 2 thirds and and a 7th.

Congrats on the GC and amazing start. Five out of Six in the money is just outstanding. The competitor's are going to start checking if your competing and if so they may have second thoughts. Just kidding of course, you always want to compete against the best. Good luck and good cooking.

Wow! Super strong start to the season! Congrats on winning in front of the Queen! Just love that venue. Gorgeous views of the Long Beach skyline especially at night with all the lights.
A 180 in chicken is my goal for this year!
