I just ordered a pellet smoker and I'm excited. I have been smoking for a couple years now (charcoal, propane, and electric... now pellet).

The first question I have is what brands of pellets are the best?

Ok Brands of pellets are subjective and personal. I use and compete and sell BBQers Delight...consistency balance and flavor....low ash and great burn
