The Mrs. surprised me with a Traeger Lil' Tex pellet grill and 3 bags of pellets. ( I guess I'll keep her. HA! she said early Fathers Day) Have tried a turkey breast, some ribs and a batch of burgers and brats. Very happy so far. Much to learn.
