My first post at this so bear with me. Just a couple of pics I had on my phone from this summer I thought I'd share.
This one is a pic of a side of salmon I smoked for a committal service this spring. Smoked it with Hickory with just salt and pepper and served on crackers with a creamy dill sauce I made.
The next is just a picture of a chicken I spatchcocked and smoked. I made an herb and garlic butter that I put under the skin and rubbed the outside with olive oil and sprinkled it with salt and pepper.
