welp. wife, daughter have midterms today and wanted to take some ribs to their professors. smart idea i guess. so, here we go.

raley's had spares on sale for 1/2 off. i like baby backs better but 1/2 off is 1/2 off.

if you haven't used this for your ribs you should. it's fantastic on ribs.

onto #63 @ 275°.

2 hours on and time for some FL.

ok color.

made up a fresh batch of VooDoo Schmear.

my favorite part. melting stuff on hot ribs.

back on for 1 hour.

coming out of VooDoo FL.

put some raspberry bbq sauce on. back on the grill and let set up. getting packed up and ready for school.

I second that! It balances so nicely later with your sauce, honey glaze, etc.
