Briket, beans and cole slaw

Last night I put a brisket on my CS-450. I plated it up with chili-beans and cole slaw. Here are the few pictures I took:

That is a good looking brisket. Nice smoke and still lots of moisture. Really nice work.

Looks great. Where do you get all the meat in Germany? When my Wife's family from Europe come to visit and I make BBQ, they have never seen cuts of meat so big. Maybe Germany just has better meats than Holland
