Brisket for the Husker game Saturday

I'm attempting a brisket for the 1st time for the Husker game Saturday vs. Michigan State. Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

I agree with Meat Man. There are two stuck threads in there at the top of the forum. One from BP and the other from HoDeDo. Read and absorb the info. Also, if you're having a group of people over plan the timing of it so it's done at least two hours before you need it. Brisket holds extremely well in a cooler.
