Broke out the charcoal today

I decided I needed some chicken thighs for my lunches this week.

Chili olive oil and soileaus on this batch.

Onto the weber with the a-maze-n smoker tube 1/4 full of cherry pellets.

Starting skin side down until a slight char then flip em over until done.

I can't verify the "smell", but I can certainly tell you they look mighty good!!! Nice job Chili.

The bite on that skin looks dead on. Nice job. Would never had made the vak pak here!;)

It's been damn near a year since I fired up the Weber. I think I forgot how to cook on it!;)

your liking the charcoal. i see it in your eyes. ya know, its only a matter of time before you get your drum. :)

Squirt it seems to work fine if I let it get going good before I put the lid on it. I let it burn at least 15 minutes first.
