the last 3 cooks i have had a hard time w/ temp management on Bo. i made a phone call to get some help. welp, i got it. perfect BS rib temp now.

i mixed 4 ingredients together. 2 were liquid.

let the magic begin.

The first thing I thought while looking at your cook was " he did not just put peanut butter on those ribs!" you scared me for a second man..I thought you went off the deep end! Then I looked closer and seen what it was lol.
I'm liking Bo too! I'm not settling for anything less than a SS drum when I build mine. Oh BTW..nice looking ribs!
