So on Friday evening I decided to try Buffalo patty melts and here are the results...

I like it! We love to use buffalo meat aroun our house. I am hoping to be able to hunt a buffalo in New Mexico this year. We are waiting on the ranch game manager to let us know. If not, I'll hunt a cow elk. They are good eats, also.

Little char up on the Tatonka dust, looks great! We have a friend in Wantagh, NY that makes "Skippy burgers" - and it has to be the best patty melt on the planet. Perfect blend of cheeses, onions, the burgers are perfectly grilled.... Can't wait to run into them this year and have one. This is making me hungry for one!!
