Sometimes leftovers are the best part. Man this was fantastic! Although we baked it in the oven, this could have easily been done on the MAK or any other grill that will get hot enough. Just mixed up an easy dough recipe in the Cuisinart. We used smoked, whole and raw mozzerella cheese, a little tomato sauce and Blues Hog Smokey Mountain BBQ sauce along with burnt ends off our last brisket cook. Also topped it off with a shake or two of sweet money.
