Nice job by a nice guy. That's a lot of work.
Smokin' in the rain. I'll be doing that today. Was hoping for some clearing but it looks like we'll be socked in all day.

Ended up with 46.5 pounds yield. (after snacking)


The golf outing is this Friday, so MrsSTC will take a cooler of frozen pig, and 4 bottles of Starne's sauce for the winners.
