BP,
That should be called a righteous cook. Starting off with the seared ahi. Oh so good! One more thing to try. I usually order ahi when we go out to eat at some really good seafood restaurants. The veggies looked really good, too. Relatively easy to do for a large crowd because you can prep them ahead of time. We love rack of lamb around our house. Haven't gotten to try a crust, yet. I/we have trouble getting past a little Annie's and some LL w/BP. I guess that is one more thing to try.

I'm off to make a shopping list for tonight's dinner. Wonder what I can find at the store that would be picture-worthy? We'll see.

Thanks everybody....pastes for lack of better words are fabulous for smoking as they absorb the smoke and blend in with what you are using. This paste was Annies Little Louies and dash of double secret and the mustard rubbed in ......You can use a food processer and take combinations of mushrooms, garlic, herbs and olive oil and make a killer paste for roasts,,
