Can I??? and How???

I have a GMG Jim Bowie mounted onto a trailer that I transport back and forth to a market I own. Question is... Is it possible to plug the grill into a power inverter (or whatever) and will it run correctly? It would be awesome to know I can run my grill wherever I can transport it to even if their aren't any power outlets.

I don't know the power requirements of a GMG, but this is how you do it on a MAK:

I've done it with an smallish inverter on my MAK/Traeger, but I unplugged the hot rods first..

if i remember right they pull about 4 amps dureing start up we have done it with a inverter hooked to a deep cycle battery
