F flypig New member Oct 1, 2013 #3 Blend of alder, apple, maple, hickory and mesquite. There is no guarantee of what you are going to get as far as percentages. The price point seems a bit high. I have been using Bear Mountain from a west coast food service retailer for less than $9.00 for 20lbs.
