Chicken Pot Pie with the Pro

Something I really like about the Memphis is that it is very versatile.
I've had a lot of fun coming up with new recipes that I can cook on the Pro....

First off I chopped up some carrots and celery...
Here they are getting happy with some chicken stock

Next up I seasoned some chicken breasts with cavender's greek seasoning and grilled..


Here are some onions and corn in A LOT of butter!

After I added some flour, milk and chicken broth...

I pre-baked the pie crusts with a coat of egg wash at 375 for about 5 mins.

Ready to eat!
