I am in charge of making Christmas ribs this year, plan on doing 9 slabs of BB Ribs
I usually do the 3-2-1 method at 250° but the ribs seem to be too falling off the bone and almost mushy
So Sparky care to give me a little advise on the perfect ribs, I believe the correct temp to be 275° But am I giving them a little to long in the "love" ?
