I'm heading to a 'Smoke Out' up in Iowa, so I cleaned out some leftover smoked chicken and some canned stuff for the Mrs and MIL to chow on until I get back.
Up top is a 2 corn (one regular, one creamed) & broccoli casserole, with a box of "Chicken in a Biscuit" crackers to bind it together. Chicken pot pie on the bottom, spiked with some Cajun Power garlic sauce and topped with a Bisquick crust.
MAK is running at 400°. And my air conditioner is thankful!
The AMZNPS isn't burning. I forgot it was in there and it was too hot to remove.
Bada bing..
Bada bang..
And at about the 40 minute mark, Bada Boom!
Had a bit for dinner, and it was quite tasty.
