sorry, just found this thread. well, i got a little package today. inside was a small bottle of happy ending. the flavor is outstanding. complex but w/ a little sweetness in it. 1st thing i thought about was ribs. the flavor would do wonderful things to my ribs. its very powderly (you understand what i am trying to say). ground finely would be a better way to put that. so, since it is powderly it would be a perfect finish for alot of things. i just tasted it again. french fries, chicken, pork for sure, veges it would be good on, to finish off a steak coming off the grill. this stuff would just melt putting on the end of cooking meats. one of the things i like alot about it is that it isn't to salty. most rubs start off w/ alot of salt. salts not good for some of us. this stuff is really good. going to buy the big bottle myself. :)
