Uuummmm... well, I bite - every chance I get!! Have you seen some of the food on here? How could you not bite?!?! :)

Seriously, my cooking has improved dramatically in just the short time I have been here because of two things I believe - asking questions about how people did certain things and the weekly contests (just really stretched my imagination and got me thinking about what/how I was doing). This really is a great forum and a lot of fun.

Ha! I will admit I am a lurker. I just joined a while ago and am still figuring out the "lay of the land". I'll get there.

Right now I am a sponge just sucking up all the great info and am very new to pellet grilling. I know this is blasphemy but I really didn't like grilling that much until I got my pellet grill. I use it every day and built a roof under my deck for year round grilling. How does that song go?...It don't rain in Seattle in the winter time, or something like that. Maybe I can impart some my own wisdom on this forum, if I ever get any.
