Cooking on the Hasty Bake

Here are some photos or cooks on the Hasty Bake. For the chicken i use pellets wrapped in foil on steaks just a handful thrown on the coals when the steaks go on.

Dang Jim, I don;t know which one I'd pick... the chicken or the steaks. They both look great.

I do know I want one of them roasting ears either way.

We did get one on sale. After using it I realize they are worth what they sell for. They fill another piece in the BBQ arsenal.
