My wife cooked these up his evening and boy were they good!
She whirred up some corn flakes in the food processor and threw them into a bag with some salt, pepper & paprika. Tossed in the pork steaks, one at a time, and shook to coat it.
She put it on a cookie sheet then into the MAK at 375° for 45 minutes using Hickory pellets.
They were juicy, crispy on the outside and had a great flavor from the Hickory smoke.
Simple and really delicious. She knocked this out of the park!
Thanks.
