Covering with foil

Which is the best way to cover the Flame Zone pan and covers with foil. Do you do both sides (front and back) or just the front.

On the MAK 2 Star I place foil only up to the back edge but on the front it folds just over. Reason being on mine, there are open gaps on the back and two sides to allow smoke the travel and you don't want to block those passages. Front lip is solid so no concern for blockage there. Take yours out and get a good look to see where the side smoke passages are.

I only foil the top, not the bottom. I cooked on my 2 Star without foil once and hated every minute of it....
