Customer Service at BPS is 1st rate.

i checked my last order just a minute ago and some things weren't right. i called jessie and she explained to me what happened and then fixed the problem for me. you don't get outstanding customer service nowadays in the real world. it is such a joy to deal with this great company (BPS). and thats all i got to say about that.

I agree. BPS service is amazing and Jessie is great. Getting #500 was a challenge trying to time with vacation, but Jessie made it happen without an issue! Thanks Jessie!
