I think it is important that when a company performs well one should let others know. I want to let you all know that MAK Grill IMO has fantastic customer service.
One of the important items I was looking for when purchasing a pellet grill was a top flight customer service reputation. I looked at many pellet grills and although they are all good I purchased the MAK 2 Star for multiple reasons, one being the high marks they received for their customer service. IMO those high marks have been well earnt. I had an issue with one piece and explained it to the team in Oregon and within the day they had a new piece on the way.
