We have been cooking n the Mak 1 star since the weekend before Christmas. I called the wife tonight and asked her to pick a pork chop recipe out of the MAK cook book. The Citrus-Garlic Pork Chops were as good as we have had. Simple fact is, everything we have grilled on the MAK has been exceptional. I am sure some of the credit goes to the remote thermometer telling me to pull it off before it is over done.
The real measure of success is the fact my wife and kids think my cooking is better than any restaurant meal. Though my son said he still really likes thai food! Anyone have a good chicken sauté recipe they want want to share to win a kid over?
