Now that looks great!!! I have been making a lot of pig candy lately using Super Pig. That is boss stuff!! I took some pig candy samples to my cooking class last Saturday. It was a really big hit.

So I love bacon so this is right up my alley. However, you keep saying pig candy...I've seen that term on this forum before and just assumed you guys meant simply bacon, but after reading your post I believe I was mistaken. Enlighten me.....

Coat the bacon in some brown sugar or sweet rub before cooking and you have pig candy ;)

The stuff Art is talking about is a bacon rub that is made by a friend of ours. Just do a google search for renaissance foods ;)

That's a great looking sandwich sparky! Pass the hot sauce and I would eat one of those!
What brand dogs do you like? I've been eating Nathan's lately. They cook up nice on the MAK and don't shrink much when you cook em. So far there my favorite hot dog.
