Dinner for 140 women

Well after 7 weeks of being sick...and only my parents using Minnie the MAK. (I was not allowed to spend time outside in the blowing dirt & wind) It was my small groups turn to fix dinner, the week before had been solely salads and there were a number of cranky women.

So we decided to switch it up!! Minnie the MAK & the SS drum to the rescue.


Why not spice things up, MONEY is good on everything!

I think I will have a snack while I wait--YUMMMMMY Pinapple upside down cake that @KristenzPoppa made on his drum.




Sadly no plated pics, as there was a huge line! I could not get close enough. Needless to say the meal that night was RAVED about.

Well after 7 weeks of being sick...

First off, I am very glad to hear you are finally on the mend. Welcome back Darlin', we missed you!


As for the cook... Outstanding Kristen! That was quite a bit of protein to fit onto two grills and you executed it perfectly! Hat's off to Poppa too with the Pineapple Up-side-down cake!
