Dinner with the Family!

There are not as many photos for this thread as we were busy visiting! But my dear friends as Strube Ranch sent over some amazing steaks for my bday! What a happy surprise!!!!

I prepped before church!
The players:

I wanted to keep the flavors simple so the quality of the meat could shine through!

Salad prepped by my sis-in-law

Before & After:

My dad made bacon wrapped scallops on the drum, but no pics, but the plated. Pre cooked the bacon a bit on the Foreman, brushed with lemon EVOO and on the drum!

dessert was brownies and ice cream, this was a joke brownie covered in cilantro (which I DO NOT LIKE). All good family fun!
