Discounted blemished or Refurbished smokers?

I currently have a home made UDS I smoke on and it does a great job, but needs to be babysat to ensure temps stay on track. I want more of a set it and forget it smoker and after tons of research I decided a pellet would be my best option since I can grill on it too vs something like a vertical.
My local farm store sells Traegers and about once a month they have 10-13% off entire purchase coupons that are good for one day only so that was my plan. But after a little more research I've discovered other pellet cookers (Rec tec, Mak, GMG, etc) that seem to be of a little better quality and have more options. That being said, they also cost more. I'm ok with the Traeger as it will do ok for my needs since I'm not a competition smoker or even a several times a month smoker. I use mine once every 3 months or so (possibly because of the constant babysitting I have to do with my UDS)
So now to my question, do any pellet smoker companies sell refurbished or blemished smokers at a discounted price? If I could pick one up for cheaper just because it has a scratch or has been refurbished, I'm ok with that. I've also been checking craigslist but the only used ones I find are hundreds of miles a way which negates the used price after I spend money on gas.
Any input is greatly appreciated!!!!

Thanks

Troy

If you had a MAK. You would cook once every three months or so in the house. I speak from experience. We even bake on ours.

If you're looking to get into a quality grill for less I would start watching Craigslist. I've bought three nice pellet grills off of craigslist. I eventually bought a new mak and love it.

Thanks for all the input guys. Seems like refurbished Traegers are non-existent and after speaking to a traeger rep if they are out there they were sold to and refurbished by a different company and won't have a warranty. Floor models would be the next choice for a discounted unit but none of the dealers I spoke with were currently selling any floor models. Craigslist had been a no go also, nothing being sold locally.... Looks like my penny pinching butt will just have to buy a new one. LOL
