Double MAK Sausage Day

Doing 2 kinds of homemade sausage today.

Left are beer-N-onion

Right are Hawaii style.

MAK rolling peach smoke.

Sausages turned out good. I cant take credit for the beer/onion and hawaiian. They were given to me by a friend. I can ask for the recipe.

I like hot so i slapped my mama.

Threw in some of my smoked sausage.

yummy stuff going on there. i have notice you burn alot of peach pellets. you must like them. how is the flavor on everything w/ the peach pellets?

I got the peach at a good price on the way from PA to GA. So far i like em. Gives a light sweet taste.
