Double secret on brisket?

I'm craving brisket!
I'm thinking of using BPS double secret steak rub on it but I'm wondering if it will make too salty or if the rub needs ground finer. Anyone use this on a brisket?

I have used it on beef ribs.... And it really mellows out with a low and slow cook. I wouldn't worry about it being salty. I think grinding it up and used as a finishing rub would work nicely.

ok here is the deal because the salt is big people assume it is high sodium Many other rubs are higher sodium There are many to comp teams using double secret the trick is to sweat the salt before putting on the cooker that means apply and let sit until the salt starts breaking down
