Easter ribs

Ribs before I put them on the grill - they had marinaded for 18 hours and I put a home-made rub on them

These are the ribs just before I took them off the grill

Not too bad for a newbie - I grilled corn on the cob to go with them

Looks good from here! Did you find the rub really strong? 18 hours seems like a long time to me... I usually just rub them 20-30 mins before I throw them on.
