Easter Sunday pork loin

Today for easter dinner I I cooked up a pork loin for a late lunch. One half was slathered in Carolina treat grilling sauce and the other half I cooked naked. I also made up some bacon wrapped asparagus dusted with jallelujah, and roasted potatoes with onions and bacon.

YUM! The loin looks great, the Bacon wrapped asparagus looks great and so do the potatoes with bacon & onions. Did I mention, YUM?


P.S. We're doing a pork loin too (cured like a ham). It's on the MAK now.

Looks nice & juicy, nice smoke ring. Just thinking of the Sammie's with hot mustard for the following next few days.

Damn thats a treat!! I sure hope my Tri Tip comes out half as good as that today! Great job!!
