Reading through my email today, and I find the latest from Dave DeWitt. He has a newsletter roughly once a month about chili peppers and hot and spicy cuisine. I think he also has some sort of blog/e-magazine/website type thing about chili peppers and related food and also has written a couple of books.
In this months, there is a piece about BBQ and pellet smokers, and also a brief discussion on the major brands. Its nice to see the word getting out on pellet cooking/smoking. Would love to see some representation in Cook's Illustrated whenever they do a piece on grilling or BBQ its always given as a gas or charcoal recipe.
Anyways, if you're into spicy food, his monthly web-blast email or whatever its called is always fun to read.
