Face Full of Smoke!

OK, so we had a couple of friends over from church Sunday evening. First we got a spatchcock chicken going on the MAK 1 Star.

Later it was time to add the Tri-tip and the Mac & Cheese. So I open the lid, get a face full of smoke and put the tri-tip on. The wife hands me the half upper rack which I put on and get another face full of smoke.

She puts the dutch oven full of Mac & Cheese on the upper rack while I'm rubbing my eyes...

I am telling you that MAK 1 Star is one smokin' machine...

I couldn't be happier!

Tent the MAK 1 star is the choo choo of smoking imo. I was pleasantly surprised also how much smoke they put out. And BP and others was telling us this all along.. guess I was doubting Thomas a bit

Yes, the smoke is like that coveted blueish tinted clean tasting smoke you get from a good clean burn.

I plan on buying some goggles when I get my Mak1 in the very near future. I wear contacts and don't need all the smoke in my eyes.
