Favorite ribs for low and slow...Baby Backs or St Louie style. Whats your thoughts.

St Louis style are a cheaper but you don't get as good a meat IMO.

I have always done baby backs, but today I tried spares St. Louis style and won't go back. They were much better.

Spares= less meat per rib but more flavor. Give me the Spares thank you. Of course IMHO.
