Two weeks ago, while on a weekend trip celebrating our 20th anniversary, the wife and I stopped at an Amish farm market where we spotted these beauties:
A bin full of Festival Acorn Squash.
Oh yeah, these will be good on the grill!
Brown Mustard - Rosemary, Salt & Course Pepper
Praline filling for the Squash: Brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg & chopped pecans.
