Finally pulled the trigger on the MAK 2 Star

After some reseach and lots of questions, I pulled the trigger today on the MAK 2 Star. Kristen says they'll be shipping next week so now all I gotta do is sit back and wait.

I think I see the Pellet Boss Remote in my future as well...

Ok now get ready.. At least a 120 lbs of pellets. Some plastic gloves. A batch of rubs and sauces. Some heavy duty foil. Two pork butts, three slabs of baby backs, two whole chickens, two pounds of bacon, a pork loin and if your brave a brisket. This should get you by the first week! Have fun your going to love your Mak 2
