I have an older 2 Star and would need a firmware update to run MAK mobile. Unfortunately I am somewhat tech challenged. I'd appreciate anyone's experience with how the process works and its degree of difficulty.

updating the firmware is very simple, you just plug in this module we send to you and let it run for a minute or so.
The Wi-Fi install is easy too but the connection to your router could go either way depending on your security settings, router type etc.
When you get the hardware just give Matt at MAK Grills a call and he will walk you through the connection process.
Once you are connected the Wi-Fi is super easy to use thereafter (you don't have to set it up every time just turn it on and go).

If you follow the directions it is Easy. If you don't you will need to start over and follow the directions. Don't ask how I know!
