First 2 cooks on the new smoker

Tried out the Direct Flame Insert with a nice ribeye, also had some corn on too. Sorry no finish pics, neighbor came over and ended up bs'ing too much.

Did 2 Pizzas today. Wife and daughter had pep and black olive, the boys had Canadian bacon, left over pulled pork, black olive, onion and Jalapeno.

We use Trader Joes pizza dough sometimes. We have made our own in the past, and still do, just lazy this weekend
