First competition on my Traeger

I'm new to the pellet game - just bought a Traeger Texas. I've cooked on a home built Ugly Drum Smoker up until now.

I'm headed to the BBQ Jamboree in Fredericksburg, VA next weekend. Has anyone ever cooked all four categories (pork, brisket, chicken, ribs) at once on a Texas or similar size smoker? This is my first competition so I'm still working out my cooking strategy.

Sure it can be done. A champion competitor I know does quite well with only a single 18" Weber Smokey Mountain and one bag of charcoal.
He gets the big meats done first then pulls them off and rest/holds them while he then works on his chicken and ribs.
Although I must add that he was already a champion before he limited himself to a single cooker.
Any reason you can't bring your trusty UDS to the comp with you?
