First cook/Filet

Well, after seasoning my grill last night, I went straight to the Filets tonight. Here's a pic after 2 minutes on the searing grate at 500 degrees. They turned out awesome! Had a nice dusting of BP's Double Secret Steak Rub. I got an A+ from my wife and steak-loving 16 year old.

Very nice! After cooking steaks on the MAK you will have a hard time ordering them from restaurant's again...

My local meat market has some fantastic looking aged cowboy ribeyes.
