Well, finally did a cook with a pellet smoker that satisfied my smokey tooth. I did my first rib cook with my new MAK2 and A Maze N Pellet Smoker and results were a smokey delight! With advise from SoCal, I cold smoked my ribs with the A Maze N Pellet Smoker for 2 hours, then went ahead with my rib cook at 225*.
Ribs came out just as smokey as when I cook ribs in my Primo. Finally, I'm satisfied. I think it was the combo of the AMNPS and the great smoke from the MAK2. Anyhow, here's the results...
