First test cook on the new Meadow Creek ts-250 Trailer

Ok the boys and Kim and Andy cooked on it at the Caswey Lee Ball Foundation event...we also cooked a lod of ribs last week but today is the first test cook for comp...Should be a blast. It is a Meadow Creek ts-250 big boy smokers I has a three sink unit attached and we added a Mak ONe Star and a Meadow Creek BBQ-26 insulated chicken cooker! On my way over now!

Yeah They Didnt mount the one star because they didnt order it so no pellets no pics!

Yeah I ethink we are learning which shelfs for which meats...also got thye temps dialed in...another practice next friday and we'll be ready for havasu!

That cooker was a machine. IF folks have looked at the pics from the Casey Lee Ball bash... the food pics show just how great the meat coming off there looked.

I was very impressed how well it dialed in, and needed no assistance from a guru/stoker, etc. to really provide a great cook. only one really "hot" spot... the rest of the cooker was wonderful.
