MAK Daddys fish taco post got my cravings going so we did some fish tacos on the MAK sear grate tonight.
Orange roughy for the fish
Hit it with garlic olive oil, MAK Fish Rub, and some Cumin
Onto the Searing Grate @450 for about 3 minutes a side
Ready to flake
Put the fish in a flour tortilla, top with Crema, Tapatio, Lime Juice, Cabbage, Red Onion, Cilantro, and little Jack Cheese.
